Two suggestions... Well 3
One: When you go to shop ... ASK
Two: Push button, see what happens, try different button if nothing.
Three: if you are not the Original Owner.. Contact body builder (Company that made the house) and ask them or request an owner's manual. or both. NOTE; Have VIN handy when you make that call.

That is what the confusion is all about, A Cornerstone does not have Carefree awnings or anything that would have been factory installed with a remote that has an antenna. We haven't heard back from Butch, maybe he threw it away.

Confusing! Neither my Carefree nor Girard remotes have an antenna.

If you bought a 2014 Cornerstone, it never had Carefree awnings. My guess: dealer switched remotes? Someone at the factory put in a Carefree remote from an Aspire instead of the Girard. Do you have the Girard remote, it's white with arrow buttons and should be on the wall of the lower compartment center of the patio awning. If you bought it from a private party, he was messing with your head.
