Smartwheel Switches

Does anyone know what the two switches below the smart wheel on the left side are? I use the two on the right to control my radio.

Here is what I have found with them thus far.

The one furthest away from you on the left turns the top display (radio, DVD etc) on and off when pushed up.

The one closest to you on the left cycles through the sources on top display when pushed up. Pushing it down cycles through the various bands while on radio.

For the right side the one furthest away cycles volume up and down. The one closest to you manually tunes the radio station up and down.

I am sure they do more when on other sources but this is what I have found so far.

The right switches also control toggling through song selections on an iPod. I haven't played with the left side switches yet.
