Snap Pads Question/Recommendation

I have heard great things about RV Snap Pads, but not sure they will fit my coach, which is an 2016 Entegra Cornerstone 45K. The manufacturer's website says they will, recommends the EQ (12 inch pads) 4 pack, and I know they will fit my coach's 11.5 inch feet. My concern is if there is enough side clearance. Has anyone ever put these Snap Pads on a 2016 Cornerstone? Please help!

Just saw today that it looks like Equalizer may have purchased Snap Pads or are directly involved with them. They can give the correct size for sure. https://eqsystems.us/product-categor...-product-line/

The standard clearance they recommend is 2” all around your Jack feet when fully retracted (prior to snap pad installation).

Work great on our 2017 cornerstone. Just call them and they will get you the correct ones

Rocky,

I just put the Snap-pads on my 2017 C/S yesterday. I coated (brushed on) the lip of the pad w/some Dawn dishwashing detergent. I then had a friend position them under the legs as I lowered them into position, once attached I made sure that they could move in a circular manner around the metal pad, (manually turning them ) ensuring there was no issue. I then retracted them into the stowed position, that is when I found the passenger side front pad contacted a corner of the composite panel (splash shield?), directly behind the passenger front tire. It was easy enough to use a jigsaw and cut the corner off allowing the pad to clear the panel. The area inside the yellow box in the picture was what was removed. I don't have 2" of clearance around the pad as mentioned in an earlier response, but see no issue with the results as of now.

The EQ Octagon Jack Pads for Equalizer Leveling System 10" Octagon Jack Feet fit perfectly and installs quickly. Just call SnapPads and they will confirm the correct ones for your jack feet before you buy.

The only time I use pads is when the ground is soft and then I use 12x21 wood laminate boards so I don't see an advantage to the soft pads when they are basically the same size as the factory pads. Just sayin

My sentiments exactly. Seems like a waste of money to me.

Don't knock them until until one tries them. I have, after 20 year of DP ownership and messing with dirty boards, I wish they had been put on the market sooner. If a person likes boards, nothing wrong with that, but Snap Pads do work. Well enough that my boards are in storage and no longer take up basement space. I still have a set of blocks for emergencies that I carry.
