On my Aspire I have to run the LP to feel any heat in the floor. With just electric I can't tell anything is on. I have used my LP floor heat driving and it works great. At least in the salon. In the vanity and bedroom my floors are ice cold. My 2014 should have floor heat in the whole coach.
