Problems like this tend to resolve themselves, if Jayco continues to manage parts without regard to the expectations of owners with a 400 to 600K MH, Entegra will no longer be part of the high end market...

No company today will carry millions of dollars of inventory or parts in their warehouse to service their customers on demand.

Just ask Country Coach or Monaco how it worked for them.

CAUTION! Salesmen will tell you anything you like to hear to sell a coach. Take it all with a grain of salt.

While that has a lot of truth it costs very little to make a phone call, order the part drop shipped to the dealer and follow up with a faxed p.o. Newmar will even have vendors overnight the part. This parts fiasco does not need to exist and is not industry wide. All JMHO

We love Entegra and are keeping our powder dry.

But it might be nice to know how Newmar handles warranty and parts especially with their top dealers. They compete with Entegra and much of the rest of Jayco so their might be some learning for Entegra at the top end.

Just a guess

A&G...x2 on your comment. Easy fix, not even "out of the box".
