Will do Don.

Something else I learned with the system today that may help other that store on 120v.
Set shore power to the number of amp service. Default is 30, which could blow the shower power circuit breaker. If set to 5 amps like the Magnum, you will only get 5 amps to the MH. One A/C will not run or the battery charges if needed. My refrigerator draws 3 amps, so there is more than 1/2 of the allowed power being used. More of the learning curve.

Don, here is the screen photo of the factory settings, except the amp setting which I lowered to my shore power amps. You were correct about the "not charging" until the battery voltage drops....strange it is setup that way. Also surprised the float setting and Absorb settings are the same. The batteries are the Relion 400 amp AGM's Thanks for your assistance again.

By the way your Float volts are set way too high. Should be 13.5v.

Got the PM, thank you. I also thought the float was off with it set to the same as absorb. After the Anthem, and what we found I question the factory settings, thanks to you.

That was not a factory setting. Entegra sets Float at 13.2v for the 2019 which according to Relion is a little too low. Someone was playing with your settings and got it messed up.

UPDATE on my experience:
The G8 Vega Touch screen up date is a good one. The VT screen is now stable and not showing different readings every 5 minutes for voltage, battery charge, etc. The mobile app is now synced with VT. I am no longer showing power source as "inverter" when the inverters are turned off. The battery voltage is now the same as the VT reading.

If you have the !G8 updated needed message...it is needed, nice improvement.

Brobox,
Can you advise if I am able to view this Inverter dashboard with my Ipad App on my 2015 CS? I am confused between vegatouch and crestron. I paid the $99 to access my curtains, lighting etc, but have not seen this dashboard?
Thanks!
Bill

Bill

I can give you a partial answer. The 2019 Cornerstone I own (and I assume several other of the models) have a completely new software package running the VegaTouch. The new software was written by FireFly software engineers and incorporated into the 2019 unit. The Firefly software used before 2019 used what I know as the "Crestron core" code. My understanding, which may be somewhat inaccurate, is that the Crestron core was limiting certain things that could be or could not be done, and so new software was written. I could download iPhone and iPad software called Nebula software from Firefly for $15.00 from the Apple Store, whereas the Crestron core software was more like $200.

My understanding is that the Nebula software is only appropriate for the 2019 new program.

That's all I know.

Gary

Sorry, I have no knowledge of the previous ipad upgrade. It came out a year after my 14, maybe the same year. It was a $5,000 option that not many purchased. I am just now learning the new Vega Touch.
I would give Firefly a call on that 574-825-4600 if you have paid for the app.

Don is right, as usual. Relion recommends Float voltage of 13.8.
