Appears to be on a fiver. Coaches in our class ride to low something to hang down that far. It would be gone on the first driveway entry.

I had a similar contraption on a Keystone 5th wheel years ago. For that rig it was good in concept - lousy in execution with cheap ill-fitting hardware. I wound up removing it after the first trip or two.
