It depends on what circuits you want to check.

There is a fuse panel in that rear curbside compartment. It's covered by a twist-off round cover. Twist it to expose the fuses,. The legend is on the backside of the cover. This fuse block handles the engine related functions, such the emissions equipment, as well as the vehicle's rear lighting and trailer hitch lighting.

Up in the frontmost roadside compartment (the one under the driver's seat) you'll see Spartan's PDC (Power Distribution Center). It's a black metal box fastened to the floor of the compartment with a cooling fan on the front edge. Remove the two slotted thumbscrews and you'll see more fuse in the front that control the Spartan circuits near the front of the coach in the cockpit area.
