My guess is a lot of complaints. If Bilstein owners sit at CG socials or forums and tell others how bad the Bilsteins are......not good for brand or business.

Ed,

Thanks very much for the additional info. That makes sense and I’m glad to hear a customer getting good customer service. Spartan does volume work and there are many reasons to lose good customer service as they too can be overwhelmed.
