Spartan service

Spent two days at Spartan service, and I let very satisfied. Took the bulletin with me from AERA (see attach photo) and found out even though I have a 2016 ISX 15 liter engine, it was manufactured in 2013, so the issue did not apply. The replaced my front shocks under warranty, and what a difference. I also had them to do a alignment, now I have no play in the steering wheel. They done a complete chassis inspection, and told me that I had very few issues to correct. Had all filters & fluids changed except DEF, 4 corner weigh checked Fr L 8260, R 8750 Mid L 8570 R 9130 Rear L 6280 R 5520 Totals, Fr axle 17010 Mid 17700 Rear 11800 T 46510.Click image for larger version

We have been Spartan chassis owners for 21 years with 3 different Newmar's. We have been to Spartan factory six times and each trip there has been top notch. For the last 3 years we have been VP of Spartan International Chapter of FMCA. Will be going to Spartan in July with our 18 London Aire with the K3 605 engine.

We go to Spartan in Charlotte every year for our annual maintenance. Always have them do the full inspection - has cost me money over the years - but everything gets fixed correctly. I've also taken both the Owners training and the Advanced Owners training ... also recommend them highly! It's worth the trip to Michigan, in my opinion.

We are sitting in the service lobby as we speak. This place is top notch. Very professional, excellent communication. I feel better knowing that the same company who built my chassis is the one who is servicing it. I am like 50sbuckeye. I had them do everything - inspection, all fluid changes and routing maintenance, full alignment, 4 corner weight, and a bunch of warranty items - some which we were aware of and some we weren’t. We will be planning an annual trip here for as long as we own the coach..

Hi Ike, we always seem to just miss you as we were at Spartan a week ago.Very happy with their service, took the week class and learned a great deal. I will return next year for annual service. Are you folks heading to Florida this year? If so hopefully we can meet up somewhere.

Just our luck to miss each other again. Yes, we will be in Fla on 12/15 until March. Will you be at the Tampa Show? Would love to catch up with you & Gail....
