That's a Grid Heater, Low Voltage fault code, more specifically relates to the Diode Suppressed Relay that supplies voltage to the grid heater. The grid heater is not commonly supplied by Cummins unless northern climate operating conditions, but was specified by Spartan, probably due to an Entegra request. Had the fault code pop up while we were at the Grand Canyon in May. It is not a critical code and you can continue to drive until you have a chance it get it repaired. I called Mark at Spartan when we got back home, and he sent me the relay and I replaced it. Was a little of a challenge to get to as its on the PS of the engine tucked up forward of the closet access cover. Had to remove the exhaust extension and stand up in the engine bay.
There is also a 250 amp Bussman fuse in line with the relay, that I think was the likely cause of the fault code as it was blown. Once I replaced the relay and the fuse I still had to take it to Cummins to get the code cleared. 3,000 miles since the repair and the code hasn't come back.
Hope this helps
