Any one figure out how to connect wifi extender on a 2021 Anthem to sprint mifi?

You might watch this short Utube video on the advantages of MIMO antennas vs boosters. I was convinced that I needed a booster to get a faster cell connection after a experience that I had several weeks ago. Just installed a Sprint MiFi8000 in our Coach upload speeds 4 to 6 Mbps at our house approximately 8 miles from the cell tower that I think the signal is coming from, normally 2 sometimes 3 signal bars. We took our Coach to our small town to let a Forged in Fire couple use during a fund raising event. I notice that the cell strength was 5 bars as we were about 1/4 mile from the tower, the speed was 30 to 50 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down. So signal strength does effect speed. Started looking at Boosters then ran across this video that shed some light on that decision now only looking for a MIMO antenna.

On the Vega Touch, go to Network settings. Hit refresh networks, a list will appear. Select the wifi station you want to connect the coach to. A world icon will appear next the wifi that the coach is connected to. Ted Cooks Video at 2:14 will show the steps
This is a great video for all 21 owners to have bookmarked. If you every have to reprogram the router, I have, it is impossible to remember if you have never done it before.

Sorry, I didn’t understand your question, brobox’s answer and attached video on connecting to the Vegatouch are very good.

Problem is, vega is not picking up wifi's. It picks up no networks, I know my Verizon hotspot is on and my sprint mifi unit is working. But vega does not recognize either one? None others are listed either.

My buddies 21 anthem does the exact same thing. When searching available WiFi it never shows anything.

Hopefully someone will have answers and it’s user error

Sent message off to Entegra, hopefully they'll give me some idea how to fix

Please post up what you find. I have been trying to figure this out for a friend with no luck yet.

On the Network refresh.....on mine I have to wait about a minute and hit refresh again at the top of the network page before any wifi signals will show up. Took me a awhile to figure that out, the Winegard has a heck of a lag or the VT does to read the Winegard, but it is not instant and has to be refreshed the second time.

Just got off phone with FireFly...fixed my problems. Very patient and helpful techs. Have your friend call Firefly and they will walk him thru the system to make sure it's all hooked up correctly..he will need the Entegra Ser# so they can zero in on his specific coach.

Good question. My VT doesn’t pick up the Winegard although my phone will if I disconnect the home internet. I do have a small notation on the bottom of the network screen saying it has detected the Winegard but it’s not listed with the 20 other networks available in our neighborhood.

They walked me through several checks/steps to reset any settings that were off, and had me check the router to assure connections were good...all specific to my coach...12 volt reset, confirm sign in and password settings, confirm all the IP addresses were showing. Depended on what Vega was showing and not showing .
