Steering

Hello all,

When I bought my 2014 Anthem preowned it wandered all over the road. Two bell cranks and a ball joint service later it handled perfect.

I just bought a 2018 Anthem and noticed a little wondering, just checked there appears to be a recall on the 2018 Anthem as well.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Any respondence would be appreciated.

Regards,
Carl Allen

Are you talking about the Spartan ball joint TSB? My coach handled well before the ball joints were replaced. Still handles well after the ball joing replacement.

If you have not had an alignment on the new coach, that would be the first thing to have done. If within 5,000 miles it's covered under warranty with pre-approval.

It’s a 3 hour drive, but I’d suggest a trip to Josam’s in Orlando.

By all reports (no personal experience, yet) they are a great shop.

We recently had ours aligned by Heitman in Houston, and I can say that ours was running without enough toe and wandered a bit.

A good shop will resolve any handling issues.
