Steering wheel controls for radio

A while back I had to swap out my infotainment system with Riverpark. Replaced with same model so I unplugged everything from one to the other. Today is first time I've had it running and noticed that the steering wheel controls no longer work. Everything else on radio and wheel is fine. Have done 12volt reboots. Can't find anything in settings about it. Any suggestions?

Remote works fine, it's the steering wheel controls that don't.

That's interesting... I don't like the steering wheel controls because I sometimes inadvertently bump them causing radio and/or GPS changes. I was able to trace the diagram and unplug the controls on our previous '15 Allegro Bus. I know the ones in our Anthem used to work, because I've bumped them before. On our last trip during the Labor Day weekend, I purposely tried each of the controls just to map what each one did, and none of them worked. I was kind of happy that they didn't seem to work, and never thought any more of it until your post. While the difference in our coaches is 5 years, now you have me wondering why mine no longer work either...

They should be plugged into the ir controls on the radio. Make sure the mini jack is not disconnected.

It is fully connected, and labeled as IR.

Ray,
I'm not familiar with your coach so it was a ballpark suggestion.
My steering wheel radio control is not hardwired as yours must be and so I have to replace the battery on occasion.

Good Luck

Your comment got me following the IR wire and I found it pinched. Repaired and all is good. Thanks!
