Still trying to find the problem. Fuses good, air pressure correct. Talking with the manufacture of the worm gear used in the step well cover.

Take a look at the attached doc. Something in here starting at page 17 might help you get the step cover working again.

I think the fuse in the 1/2 bath cabinet (number 2, Step Power) is for the outside entry steps, not the step well cover.

Different problem same step cover. Has anyone had issues with the noise from the spring under the step cover. I would love to use it as we go down the road but it bangs so loudly at every slight bump that it is not worth the convenience. We had it looked at when at precision paint. They said is was a common complaint and did nothing. Just hoping someone has a fix. Thanks.

While we are discussing step covers, ours moves slowly and stops on the way out, push to help it back in. Had it repaired at the dealer and again at Entegra. Anyone know how to access the electric motor/screw that moves the step cover? BTW its a 2014 Anthem with an electric drive.

Ours started acting up as well. Sounds like it is in a bind, at that point we stopped and put it back in so it didn't get stuck half way out.

Might just need the tracks and rollers lubed with silicon spray to help it slide easier.
