Ralph, if you book sites directly with the campground I think that may not get you registered for the Summerfest activities. Suggest you let Entegra know that you have booked your own site but want to be part of the rally.

I booked the Summerfest with Entegra first, then called the campground to make reservations for the couple of days before the rally.
When I got the e-mail regarding the event, I express mailed the application to Entegra. At first, I thought I was going a bit overboard in getting it there so fast. Apparently not. From what I am reading here, there is already a waiting list. Occasionally I actually make a good decision.
I have a couple of days to burn after the Summerfest before I go to Spartan on the 20th, Does anyone have recommendation for a campground in the Traverse City area?

Just in case you are an Entegra owner and didn't receive the registration packet, here's the form you need to complete and mail in.

I recommend the Traverse Bay RV Resort. It is a first class ownership RV resort, set up for big rigs. The front section is more developed ans somewhat nicer than the newer back section.

Marc's recommendation is a good one although we found the folks there to be pretty unfriendly. Maybe it was us.
We stayed at Wild Cherry one year - some have found it not so friendly but we were fine there.
Our favorite was Indigo Bluffs - not right in TC but near enough and in a great location. Actually As I recall that's where we met Dave (DSL417) and Beth.

So......anyone planning to be there that can help/show me the way thru adding the extra wiring for the AGS if the AC is on and Shore power goes down? I understand the fundamentals but could always use an expert supervisor that knows a '13 Anthem better than my newbie experience with it.

pre-summerfest
I don't know if it was mentioned in the summerfest literature or on the website but anyone planning to attend the summerfest in Petowski might also want to consider the Cherry Festival in Traverse City the week prior to Petowsky. For those not from the area the Traverse city Cherry Festival is one of the bigger summer events in Michigan. Traverse City to Petowsky is Michigan cherry country and the Cherry Festival happens even if they have to ship the cherries in from Washington state due to the spring weather/late harvest!!
The Traverse Bay RV resort still has some class A sites available at the moment but other RV places in the area are booked solid already.
