Sunscreen operation
So this one has me confused.....
The passenger sunscreen (black screen) will not go down using the switch on the driver panel or passenger panel.
The sunscreen goes down when you turn on the lights using the master light switch just inside the door by the steps. (When you use the master light switch by the slide or in the bedroom nothing happens with the sunscreen)
You can let the sunscreen up with the switch on the driver panel and passenger panel but you can't let it down.
So the only way to let it down is with the master light switch by the steps and the only way to let it up is with one of the switches on the driver or passenger armrest panel.
Thoughts?

Sounds interesting. If no one comes along with a good answer, I'd say call Entegra. Everyone says they are wonderful to deal with. What a bonus.

Sounds like your system is confused. Sounds like normal operation when your coach is running. As a safety feature, the shades won't go down while driving.

This is the sunshade, not the night shade. Night shade works correctly as designed.
The passenger sunshade does not come down with either of the switches (passenger control or driver control) . driver sunshade works perfectly
passenger sunshade only comes down when you hit the master light on switch
can't figure out how the master light switch got connected to the sunshade

Have you tried a 12v reboot? That sounds like a controller malfunction.

My Sun Shade will not go down while driving, only up. Maybe this has changed since my Classic. But thought I read some time ago, that Entegra purposely did that for safety reasons. Maybe they allow you to do it now, or maybe it's not supposed to work that way.
