Morning🙂 We purchased a used Entegra emblem 36h a few months ago. Love it but having a few issues with it🤪 We are trying to figure out what the switch on the front of the drop down bunk is for🤪 It sits right above the bunk lever. It does not control any light that we can find🤪 So, anyone know what it is for?

When we did our walk through earlier this year the guy doing it showed us a similar switch above the front drop down bunk. He had no idea what it was for and couldn’t figure out if it controlled anything. A few weeks later my 7 yo who sleeps on the bunk told me what it does…. It keeps the lights over the bunk from turning on when you open the door. Our lights are labeled as driver ceiling and are either the lights under the bunk when the bunk is up, or the lights on the ceiling when the bunk is down. They turn on automatically when you open the door, similar to your car lights turning on. Turning that switch one way shuts off the lights over the bunk so if you open the door it won’t wake the kids up with the lights shining in their eyes.

Not saying for sure your switch does the same, but sounds like it might.

I have a 36H with the bunk option.
The switch above the Euroloft bunk control switch is for the ceiling light above the bunk when it is down.
The light that is below the bunk and illuminates the cab is controlled by the left arm console switch closest to the driver seat and labeled "LIGHTS."
If either light is not working then I would suspect either the wiring or LED bulb is compromised.
By the way, the stock ladder steps are very rough to the foot, and there is a source for wooden rungs that make the climb much more comfortable.
