You'll need to use something like brake cleaner, spray all the bolt holes on the wheel/the hub/etc etc as this oil is likely all over and will continue to spread out when the wheel is in motion. Hopefully the tightening does the job (I heard that 13-15 lbs was the reading; hope you checked that with Spartan).

I had the local Spartan shop change the hub gasket twice and the hub itself. Still leaked. I finally took the gasket off, cleaned the hub with carb cleaner and reinstalled it with form-a-gasket. No leaks.
