A common problem with tank level indications is that one of the two sensors comes unglued from the tank and falls off and shows empty all the time. If a simple electrical reboot doesn't fix the problem, remove the plywood shield that protects the side of the tank and see if both sensors are still glued on. That problem occurred with my 15 Anthem.
