Tank Sensors on 2020s

The TruTank black and grey sensors on our 2020 Anthem have been troubled since new. Black fluctuates widely sometimes and grey never worked at all after a couple of weeks following delivery 16 months ago.
While at NIRVC Atlanta our tech was troubleshooting the system with Entegra but some puzzling wiring differences sometime around mid-year 2019 at the control module/G8 panel needs more research.
Anyway while waiting for them to figure it out I did some research and found a good explanation of the TruTank system and troubleshooting. See attached.
Also discovered a tank sensor cleaning function within the TruTank system. And it worked! I ran the 15 second function twice and now everything works fine!
At the panel in the wet bay touch the three bars next to menu and it brings up Cleaning Mode.

Thanks, just what I was looking for. Grey tank monitor was replaced at dealer then stopped, started working again and finally just quit. Looks like a job for tomorrow.

30 minutes after the cleaning function the grey tank sensor stopped working again and would not restart after 5 cleaning routines. I connected the grey wire connector to the black tank sensor and it reported black levels on the grey scale so I know the grey wiring works. I connected the black wire connector to the grey tank sensor and no reporting on the black scale. My conclusion- bad grey tank sensor.
