Turn off all power for a few minutes. After you turn back on most likely it will reset itself and all will be well.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I did this by unhooking the lead at the circuit breaker under the black cover in the mid-bath fuse panel. Perhaps I didn't leave it un hooked long enough, only for about 2 minutes. Is that a possibility ?

Check to see if the sensor has fallen off the outside of the black tank.

The control panel might be in programming mode. Press and hold both buttons for more than 3 seconds. That may bring it back to normal operations.

Turn off the switch be the entry steps for a few minutes. This will reset all the systems. It has always worked in our coach when a problem arose.

Finally got to talk to a human at Thetford. They are saying that t it must be wired incorrectly. The toilet was removed to clear a blockage, however it seemed to be an idiot proof arrangement. I will remove and check the wiring tomorrow. Not an East job,as the discharge line is a real P.I.T.A. None of the much appreciated suggestions given on this forum have solved the issue. Thanks to all.

Illness prevented me from working on the toilet, but finally got back on it today.Found the the plug to the wall switch plugged into a sensor plug. Not as idiot proof as I thought.anyway, problem solved. The toilet paper that caused the initial problem, clogged at the macerater, was supposed to be RV safe.I guess we all need to do the water shake test instead of trusting a label.

Thank you for that update. The jar shake test is a good idea that I need to do as we have changed brands are were just going by the label : "septic tank safe".
Just tested it, it passed, Costco Kirkland brand for those that are using the same.

Tecma toilet issue with flashing blue lights
Both pads on the board were flashing blue. Similar to the experience of another user the Keypad wire was plugged into a tank sensor plug. Reason they were switched to begin with was due to the fact the toilet had to be removed to repair a whirlpool washer on a brand new 2021 Berkshire XL. When it was reinstalled the plugs were not plugged in as they were supposed to be.
