Just sent this email to Joyce ... I'm sure she is at Summerfest, but wanted her to know her folks were doing a great job. If I were ever to buy another coach, it would be another Entegra, that's for sure.

I've been driving for two days ... stopped in Cincinnati after quite a "challenging" traffic day. Went to put out the slides, back, no problem .... front ... problem. Neither would go out, nor would anything on that panel work. It was now 3:45 pm and I called ya'll. A fellow picked up right away in your group (don't remember his name); he spent 45 minutes on the phone with us and got us working again. I am so grateful to y'all ...you have no clue how much y'all's help means to us. Thank your folks for me! Take care, Lynn & Dan

Yesterday I stopped by Entegra Services to see Mike Lucas and ask a couple of questions. I am out of warranty, but I was treated like a VIP as soon as I walked in. Time was taken to get a color copy of what I needed and to call Joyce's department to get the correct answer on the shade motor replacement. Another great job of Entegra and Joyce taking care of a Vendors bad parts after warranty.
