Not sure if this has been done formally, but a BIG THANKS to Bobby Dowdle and NIRVC for monitoring this forum for owners of the brands they represent!

I, like many read, post, have questions, and sometimes, problems.
It’s like having a Service Advisor/Tech on call 24/7.

I know that there are many good dealers out there, but NIRVC demonstrates why they are head and shoulders above when it comes to the word Service.

NIRVC's contributions, and those of Bobby, are highly appreciated and helpful. Not really surprising as NIRVC is just simply a dealer that cares about more than moving product off their sales lot. Its about time that dealers are interested about more than moving "product".

In addition to those services, NIRVC is going to make some revolutionary contributions to the way service is handled that are going to leave other dealers in the dust, and owners in a much better position than they have ever been before as regards to repairs and service.

Thanks for the wonderful shout out. We all know there will be issues throughout the life of the coach and we want to provide as much information as possible to keep you enjoying your investment. I have gotten Entegra to be more responsive and help with any information as well. We will be here to assist as needed.

I appreciate what Bret has done for the RV buyers and I'm hopeful his efforts will show positive results for his dealerships. For the most part, before NIRVC, the RV buyer was left to fend for themselves. The cards were stacked against the buyers and the manufactures really didn't seem to care.

I bought my 21 cornerstone from Nirvc Az, and next one will be from Bobby in TN. Great work monitoring the customers needs after the sale, even if he didn’t sell it! Can’t wait to meet in person!

That is so true. Most sponsors just pay the money and try to gain some sales via the additional marketing. NIRVC actually makes a commitment to providing assistance to any Entegra owner. Brett's approach to revamping the service side of the RV industry, and the commitment to making it happen, go far above "advertising" and in the long run it will reap rewards. A few more years and Brett's changes to the RV world would probably make for a good book.

Let's not forget Brett who also reads this board. This past weekend I damaged my awning while leaving a campground. After I arrived home, I posted about it and within about 30 minutes, Brett called me offering to help. That, ladies and gentlemen, is unheard of in this industry. NIRVC is surpassed by no one.

But remember, Brett is the CEO and his balliwick is not service. People with problems need to be working through their standard service advisor.

Yes, Brett reads this forum and he will call if he thinks that he can have an impact in getting someone out of a jam, but he employs a bunch of people to handle most problems. He has other issues on his plate. If he calls you, then that is a different story.
