Tire Wear

I am starting to see some abnormal wear on the outside of my steer tires any suggestions as to what could be the problem?

With a new unit still under warranty I would point this out to the dealership and have the front end alignment/geometry checked.

Front end alignment. All new coaches should have the front end aligned. The chassis left Spartan with nothing on it. From my experience Spartan is not that good at alignments anyhow. Entegra put 30,000 pounds on the chassis and the front end alignment changes. Entegra, with your photo, will cover front end alignment within 5,000 miles. My 19 was covered with the rear end being out of alignment. Even had a warning message on the digital dash, which was nice.
When aligned the first time, have a 3 axle alignment done. Mine was out 1/2 an inch, others have reported having to replace front tires becasue the rear end was pushing.

We are going to Josams right after the new year. They will mount and balance the new Michelins we are getting and then, so we don't wear them out, I will have them do the 3 axle alignment, pricy but it has never been do and we toasted a front steer as a result.

I know you spoke highly of Josams Orlando in the past...still feel that way?

I use Florida Spring and Axel in Ft Myers. Right off of I-75 and MLK Blvd. I have been using them since 2003 and have never had a bad alignment from them. They have fixed steering issues for me that others could not. They will test drive with you until you are satisfied. Have ride height checked if it was not been checked at delivery.

Josam's is also highly rated.

If they are Goodyear tires they are noted for abnormal wear. The first thing I did when I purchased my coach was replace the steer tires and I have not had any problems in 25K.

The 19's have Michelin's now. The Badyears caused a lot of problems including a members coach being totaled.

I had my last coach done at Josams in ORL. They did an awesome job, and what a difference.

I read somewhere that Entegra is supposed to do a 3 axle alignment as the coach leaves the factory. They also weigh it "empty" which means with full fuel and nothing else.
