Strongly recommend you discuss your symptoms with Entegra CS. Trans switch in these things seems complicated, but the way the whole system, including generator, is even more so. Your going to have to interact with them to get a new transfer switch anyway. A mobile repair guy can install, but it is a PITA, requiring removal of the power reel for your electric among other things. Then when june got replace, the guy unknowingly knocked the vacuum cleaner hose off. Another PITA to reconnect (long story). JMHO

Here is the latest. Did some testing tonight. When plugged into shore power, everything that I checked seems like it works normal. Still nothing tripped on the generator or inverters. I had a mobile tech check the transfer switch. He said ground, line 1, and line 2 all were good. He said the neutral was bad. He believes the transfer switch is okay and thinks it is the generator neutral and suggested it go to Onan dealer. I don't understand what neutral means. Can anyone help explain this to me. Entegra CS has been notified. Michael originally thought it was the transfer switch but wanted it tested prior to ordering one.
