I think you're referring to switch #6 which, when on, sets the alarm after one push of the fob door lock button and, when off, sets the alarm after two pushes of the fob door lock button. The off setting means the door can be locked without setting the alarm.

Dogs are still setting the alarm off.

I'd be Perfectly happy if I could use the keypad to lock and unlock the coach without any annoying alarms.

3 75 pound dogs are all the alarm I need.

Help?
Jim, on our '17 Aspire, manually setting the lock does not engage the alarm. I just double-checked, and both the door keypad and remote unlock the door without the beeps... Thanks,

BG

That's how it's supposed to work, and works correctly on an Aspire. But does it behave that way on your Anthem? You also have dipswitch 1 set to on because you have electric cargo door locks and need to be in cargo mode. There is a bug I believe so when dipswitch 1 is set to on, dipswitch 6 behaves as if it is on even if it is set to off. At least that's how mine works. Maybe they finally fixed it?

I've tried contacting Trimark about this a couple of times but they never get back to me. I ended up just disconnecting the alarm speaker to eliminate the issue.

On mine I have to lock both the cargo and the entrance door to set the alarm. Order of which is first does not matter. Pushing the door lock 1 or 10 times just locks the door, no alarm set. This is with dip switch 6 OFF.

Correct, but assuming you want everything locked when you leave the coach dipswitch 6 still does not behave as described if dipswitch 1 is on. There is no way to not set the alarm if locking the entry and cargo doors.

I donít know if it works on my Anthem, but Iíll try changing switch 6 when I get a chance.
