On my 2015 I thought Trip Tek was a waste of my time. It popped up every time I turned on the key. The only way I could get rid of it was to push the view arrow 5 times. I really never tried to work with it. When I got my 2016 Brett @ NIRVC mentioned that I had TRIP TEK. I immediately responded what a waste, Brett jumped right back with "you don't use it?". NO! was my immediate reply. Well I spent the time last night to learn how to maneuver thru the screens. It tells you how many gallons you have used, how many miles you have been & MPG and MPH. Move the view arrow till you get to LEG screen, push reset then follow the screen instructions to zero all the data. As a plus, the last thing it tells you is what speed your cruise is set at. Thank you Brett, for waking me up!!!

What the heck is Trip Tek? Is it on all Entegras?

I don't know it is an option but it came on my 2015 & 2016 Cornerstone. Trip Tek is a computer that is hook up to all parts of the coach and gives reading. Everything from outside temperature, oil pressure, to MPG on this tank. MPG on this tank has become a big deal to some. The first screen is a complete check list of everything you should check before pulling away.

You can also monitor engine temps (and oil pressure I think) more precisely.

I'd add that the RM GPS offers a module to load fuel costs and prices and get a pretty accurate mpg. We use it religiously to keep track of travel costs and mileage.

TripTek is a trip and coach management computer installed in a number of motorhome makes and models. It receives data from multiple sources, i.e. electronic engine computer, compass, temperature sensors, tire pressure & temperature system (optional), and others. It collects, analyzes, and saves data and then displays information on the rear vision monitor in a variety of related groups such as Today, Leg, Trip and Coach.

CHECK LIST: When the ignition is turned on, a pre-trip CHECK LIST is displayed to provide a reminder of items to 'check-off' and verify you're ready to travel.
TODAY: The TODAY screen is designed to give daily information. It provides miles to scheduled destination, time to destination, miles traveled, time traveled, average MPG and average MPH.It also gives you both inside and outside coach temperature and compass heading but the temp reading is often suspect, possibly due to where the sensor is located.
LEG: The LEG screen is gives information from fill to fill or for a trip (you choose when to press the "reset button". It provides average MPH, time traveled, miles traveled, gallons used (by engine), average MPG, road speed, and cruise control status and compass heading.
TRIP: The TRIP screen displays long term data. It provides average MPH, hours traveled, miles traveled, gallons used (by engine), average MPG and current MPG and compass heading.
COACH: The COACH screen provides both coach and engine/transmission data. It provides gears select & monitor, turbo boost, engine temperature, transmission temperature, oil pressure, average MPG, oil temperature and compass heading.

You can choose from a number of different display styles or turn the data display off for a less obstructed rear view camera display on your monitor.

Our '05 Mountain Aire is equipped with it. I personally like to drive with the COACH display but my wife wants to watch the TODAY screen so she can see the interior and exterior temperatures.

We are here in Las Vegas at October FEST. Tadd Jenkins is here also so I will ask him who gets TRIP TEK and when did they start putting them on.

I asked Tadd Jenkins about TRIP TREK said it is Cornerstone only. Now we know!!!!

Check out Silverleaf electronics. They make software that will plug into A Cummins plug on your steering wheel shaft that if I remember correctly will give you the read outs for most of these
Items. I used it for many years on different motorhomes.
Silverleaf will sell the hardware and softwares. They have a product that will read on your laptop or tablet. Or they will sell you a glass dashboard like the newer a Airplanes have.
I think MArk Quassis had his on the back up ca era .Other people had different hookups. On their website they haveaQ&A that will probably answer most of your questions . I don't have their website. I will look it up and post. It tomorrow unless someone else does it sooner.
