Johnny,

I have been looking at this for over a year. I don't know that at realtor is required as almost all the high end resorts on line that have lots for sale, have a realtor function as well. Off the top of my head are the following:

Myakka River Resort (latest opening)
Aztec RV Resort
Pelican Lakes
Great Outdoors Resort (lots of choices ranging from pad to luxury home with RV garage)
Riverbend RV Resort
Lake Weir (you see their add at the top of the iRV site sometimes)
Everglades Isle RV Resort
A number just North of Tampa

Virtually every one of the Class A resorts on the list Tom Searle put out last year and attached below sells lots. Going to campgroundreviews.com will find a lot more. Kinda depends on what you want and where, plus what you are willing to spend. I've seen everywhere from $39k to $1M. I haven't seen anything for sale on the ocean, but there are some on lakes and some on rivers that have access to the ocean. I'm sure others have additional names.

RV park store

RV buy a lot

RV properties on-line

There are many others, just do a search for "RV lots for sale".

What are your criteria for a lot? Florida is a big state, any idea what part of the state you'd like to be in? Do you prefer "high end", or something more modest?

I took a look at Aztech. They opened 2 yrs ago with lots around 108k but now starting at $225 k. Crazy great for those in early but as far as I can see, nothing in Has more than doubled in value and I want to make sure I can get my money back some day... Careful on your search....

Johnny, pm me and we can discuss good and bad in Florida. I spend the winter in southern Fl and can share some of what I have seen and heard.

Bluewater Key is on the ocean. VERY expensive, very nice.

The pdf list is very good but it omits a couple of good RV resorts, including River Ranch in Frostproof and Vacation Inn in West Palm Beach. Lots to choose from in Florida. First decide what part of Florida interests you, and then start checking them out. If you let me know what your preferences are for price range amenities, activities and location, I may be able to guide you as I have been to quite a few of them.

Send a message via Yahoo to wmpbauer
There's also Bay Lake and Mount Olive Shores, Citrus Hills and Lake Ashton. Some of these allow RV Port Homes.

Cypress Woods went through a few tough years during the recession & trying to get out from under the developer. The LOA is now in charge of the operation of the resort and things are great there.

It's a wonderful place to spend the winter.

There's a new place just getting started near Ft Myers called River Landings. The developer is selling lots you can build a RV port home on. It is immediately next to RiverBend RV resort.
