I received the same answer when I called Entegra. Surprised me, I have never had a problem supplying "free" labor for Entegra. I have La Mesa RV here in FT Myers, I don't think I want to trade one crappy problem for another. It's a TBS that won't be rushed into unless I hear others say it "works great".
I am still wondering if a the SaniMarin can be replaced by a Tecma? Hopefully like residential the plumbing is standard.

Funny you should mention NT, I don't think I am allow back on the lot after trying to buy a Travel Supreme from them. But the feeling is mutual, I wouldn't by a hose clamp there.

Very smart choice to stay away from RVZero. I didn’t see anything in the TSB that would be so difficult that an owner couldn’t do it.
Actually no problem to install them at all , Ted Cook did one for us in Kanab ,Utah at the Aim rally and he had one sent to me to install myself after we got home. That one was supposed to be the final fix but proved to be no better that the previous ones. This is why I am not holding my breath that this new service bulletin is going to remedy the situation.
