Unfortunately those bulbs have a tab setting of 180 degrees...the true PY21W for the front turn (Amber) signals of the 2012 Anthems have a offset tab of 150 degrees. Amazon has the correct bulb (not a replacement for a standard 1156 bulb) listed for $9.99 for two amber bulbs....but I ordered the bulbs from a parts store and only paid $2.00 per bulb and no shipping...got the bulbs the next morning. Got four bulbs, replaced both of the original bulbs and have two spares incase of another burn out. By the way, Entegra used a cheap amber coated bulb instead of a bulb that had amber glass, after 2 years the amber coating was flaking off, very minor issue in the scheme of things, but all is well again.

Thanks for that info. I will check my bulbs when the Anthem does arrive and see what is in the last of the 2014's. If they do go out that often, I will order a set of LED's. I know the halogen's on the inside of my last MH was a full time job changing those bulbs.

No worries on the 2014 models....Entegra went to a standard automotive bulb for the turn signals and a lot easier to get to.
