Txbart water leak update

The mixer valve cartridge arrived as promised by CS. Installed it and no leaks found! During our first RON next week my wife will do the test flight to see if the temperature setting is right. ;-)

Tomorrow I will run a washer and dishwasher cycle to make sure they don't leak. I didn't want to do it this afternoon and obsess about it all night if there are any leaks!

Glad the mixer valve solved the problem Vance. Could you see what was wrong with the leaking one besides the cap falling off?

Good luck with the appliances. My fingers are crossed for you.

The old cartridge looked fine from the outside. I think the cap was over tightened with a rubber washer in the bottom and a little cold expansion blew it out.

I ran the washer and dishwasher a little while ago, no leaks!

Program and install my TPMS tomorrow and we are ready!
