There are actually two fans, neither was running when I found this fault light. Both should be humming along when the temp reaches 140f. I found this fault yesterday evening. Pulled power and let it sit overnight to cool down. Restarted it today and temps slowly crawled back up and fans never started. Pulled both fans and both run on the workbench with power applied. I am assuming that I have a bad board in the inverter. Manufactured/assembled in 2011 according to the decal. It is a Magnum MS 2812...giving strong consideration to not trying to troubleshoot any further and just ordering a complete new one off Amazon Prime...$1,500 and be here on Monday.

Maybe contact Magnum. They may give you a deal since yours isn't that old.

"It seems like it is always something that needs repaired/replaced on these coaches!"

No matter what brand you buy they are all "FORD"s (Fix Or Repair Daily)

It will give you the ability to power share from your stored energy when connected to 30 amps or less. This will deplete your battery bank though.

You should own my S&B. Just yesterday, $500. for A.C repair. Beginning of summer $20,000 for a seawall repair, want to trade expenses and I haven't even finished the year yet.. The coach hasn't cost a dime, it's been in storage. No matter which one you live in, it is going to cost money, a S&B a heck of a lot more.

I chose to replace it rather than screw around with troubleshooting an 8 year old inverter. Thanks to Amazon Prime my new MS2812 arrived yesterday. The dead one comes out today. Other than the fact that it is over 50lbs, it looks like a straightforward job.

If anyone was ever curious about what the 2812 looks like under the hood...
