Flow restrictors are located at both hot and cold water inlets, and the outlet on most faucets. Some faucets are where the water lines connect, others are in the cartridge.
Most residential faucets, which the sink faucet is, are made for 70psi water pressure, our MH's only have 55 psi usable.
Yup, been researching. But as you said, without pressure readings Im chasing a ghost. Once I get home to known pressure I will reevaluate

Buddy, if you have a Lowe's close by they carry a faucet screw on pressure gauge for $10. The are used to check a home water pressure for sprinkler system installation. An installer has to know the water pressure to draw out a lawn irrigation system on how many head for each zone..
I carry one in the MH and it has come in handy more than once. My pressure regulator quit and overfilled my water tank. Without the pressure gauge, I would have been changing the water pump, backflow preventor, etc. Checking first things first at was the water faucet putting out 75 psi. It was my Watts pressure regulator that died of old age.

Good! Hopefully he can get back to you with more specific advice - there are plenty of changes from year to year that are not obvious to owners, sometimes the differences come about due to which worker installed a particular item that day.

I think that folks with newer coaches should approach the builder for advice prior to seeking the Hive Mind because, frankly, that's part of what we pay for when we buy a coach. It's kind of sad that we have turn to internet forums to solve problems in recent RVs - problems that genuinely belong to the manufacturers - because we've been left hanging too many times.

I'm still not of the mind to "get over it." I my industry if we had this outlook people would die, stadiums and arenas would burn down, and the lawsuits would bankrupt a multi-billion dollar industry or 2. Why are crappy support and service tolerated?

Picked up an adjustable water pressure regulator and used it this weekend at Lake George. Their pressure was good, ~60psi. I'll continue to monitor campground pressures. I also removed the check valve located at the water hose connection and installed an inline ball valve. I felt that the check valve was reducing pressure somewhat. That helped a little. Now I just have to remember to shut the valve when mobile. Otherwise the pump just pumps the water out the hose end
