Sheesh! I updated VT yesterday and now my AH is not engaging. Checked the AH bay and the screen is black, not on at all. Coincidence?

Any help appreciated

Not much help but I’ve been running my AquaHot on electric since the update. Haven’t tried diesel as the coach is parked next to the house and hooked into 50 amp power. Good luck with FireFly.

I have neither electric or diesel.

I've been using electric since the 1.4.8 update and it worked just fine. I know that not much help but did you try a 12v recycle ? That fixes many things.

Yep, always do a 12 volt reset after update. Straight from Chuck.

It took three reboots for the AC's to work on one of the updates for me.

Is there a reset on the new Aqua Hot control panels? The older units had a reset function on the control panel in the basement. I still don't know the new units like I knew the Classics.

Firefly was no help. There appears to no power to the AH. Further it's not even listed in the uploader on VT. IOW, VT can't see it and therefore can't control it.

Buy an RV, they said. It will be loads of fun, they said!

Bruce, can the VT update be reloaded? It is not something I have tried, but might be worth looking at, or asking Firefly. If it was working before and nobody else has reported that problem with the 1.4.8 update, it sounds like you got an incomplete download.
