It's sitting behind the freezer in the front compartment.

I just had a questioned text to me about how I shut the air off to the air doubler when not in use. Good question, mine is the KISS method. On the inlet line to the doubler, I have the male end for the MH air coupler connected. When I am going to use the doubler, I just plug it in like and air hose.

Second photo is the drivers side with the air hose connection for that side of the coach. All I use now is a 25 ft coil air hose instead of passing hoses through the basement. I cannot take credit for this design, it came from Jeanne, Magic Carpet.
Nice to see it back in service Chuck..!

Chuck,
Got my used doubler, now I am wondering where to get what I need for install. Lowes/Home Depot? Anything special I should look for?
Bill

Bill
Yesterday I went to the old post that had all of the parts listed and linked. All of the links are dead, or out of stock. I used 3/8 OD 250 psi air line. The fittings are on ebay. At one time a person was selling combo packs of fittings, but I didn't see it yesterday. Maybe someone will have current links.
I have not seen the fittings at Big Box stores, maybe Fastnal as Magic Carpet mentioned, or Granger, but the prices are insane.
Here is the type of tubing. https://www.amazon.com/Pneumatic-Met...1238404&sr=8-5

Hi Bill,

Post the model # of your SMC doubler and I'll see if I can post links for the parts that you can work with.

I got most of my parts at:

https://www.automationdirect.com/adc...(thermoplastic)

https://www.automationdirect.com/adc...bing_-a-_hoses

Parts from the Amazon link that Chuck posted will work fine also.

Thanks Jeanne, the tubing link I had saved that you sent, was out of stock. Thanks for posting the complete site. Your top link is also 404. That's what I ran into yesterday with the old links.

I didn't realize that the link was bad. Copied and pasted it this morning from the website..! For some reason the link doesn't copy right? This one will work but you have to drill down to get to the push to connect parts.

It looks like you also have a 1/4" NPT threads so this list of parts will help you.

https://www.automationdirect.com/

If you want to use 3/8" hose you will need the connectors with a 1/4" NPT thread and the 3/8" hose connector size.

MS38-14N

If you want to make a tee and take a hose to each side of the coach you will want this part:

MBT38-14N

For hose I would suggest this one, its good to 250 psi but you don't need to go anywhere near that pressure for your tires.

N38BLU100

Then you will need the quick couplers normally used on an air compressor. You can get them at lowe's or home depot...or order them with the stuff from Automation Direct.

You will also need a muffler if its not supplied with the doubler:

SBC-14N

Hope this helps. I tried to post the links to each part but its not working for some reason.

Thanks Chuck. We used a lot of air in our little shops and never seemed to have enough where we needed it so these things really came in handy.
