Question UVW on new Cornerstone

I have been trying to do a comparison between the 2018 Cornerstone, 2018 Newmar King Aire. They are both built on the Spartan K3 with a CVWR of 54000 Lb. but only Newmar publishes the App. UVW and App. NCC at their website. I am looking for the approximate cargo weight I can safely add. Since the Cornerstone is 5-6 inches lower than the King Aire, I am thinking the UVW should be less. Can anyone give me a general UVW weight for a 45B? If you ask questions on Entegra's FB page, they refer you to the website, which is useless because there in no place to submit questions.

Biggest difference is a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty versus a one year warranty. Capacities etc will be much the same.

Our 2016 Cornerstone 45A tipped the scales at 49,640 fully loaded to the gills with everything it could hold, yielding a surplus of 4,360 lbs.

Weighing with full fuel and water on a Cat scale before we loaded the coach up gave us a UVW of around 44,700 lbs. with one driver for a net CCC of 9,300 lbs.

When I weighed a 2018 King Aire under the same circumstances it came in at 49,600 for a net CCC of 4,340 lbs. The King Aire's STAR foundation, full wall slide and tray full of 16 batteries all adds up fast so the CCC isn't real close between them.

200 gallons of diesel is more than 1200 lbs.

Some where near 7.3 per gallon at 60 degrees F. So 200 gal would equal 1460 lbs.

Can someone help me understand why a Cornerstone sets 4 to 6 inches lower then a Essex or King Aire and the advantages or disadvantages for the cornerstone ???

I believe that their STAR foundation takes up a few inches of additional height. The basement cargo height was the same between the two although there is less width in the pass-through bays on the King Aire because the 200 gallon fuel tank is longer and takes away some of that cargo space, although the bay alongside the fuel tank is wider. I really didn't see any difference between the two as far as usable height goes. Most highway clearances are set at 13'-6" to allow for semis so I don't see any drawback to the additional height.

The drawback of additional height comes when you have to pass under trees moreso than bridges. The number of tree branches that are 13 feet high or lower amazes and disturbs me. Unlike bridge heights, tree heights are not published. You can't look them up anywhere and by the time you encounter them it is often impossible to avoid going under (or through) them. The lower your coach height is, the less negative effect this has on you.

The difference between a Cornerstone with 150 gallon fuel tank and a King Aire with a 200 gallons is around 425 lbs. With 50 gallons more fuel and the larger tank weight.
