Can anyone recommend a Vega control tech in the tucson area, nothing is working on my brand new Anthem.

Dealer tech cannot help.

Try rebooting your 12v house power. If that doesn't work call Entegra Customer Service directly. They have after hours and weekend support. I believe the number is 574-361-0034.

Like Jeanne&Mike said turn off the 12 volt disconnect for a reboot.
By the way Firefly has come out with some updates people wanted like being able to silence the alarm during certain hours, and turn the amps down to 5 amps. They also installed a couple more on mine, but I can't recall what they were right now.

Send a message via Yahoo to wmpbauer
Contact LazyDays, Tucson. Or better yet, ask customer service to arrange a service appt. there on your behalf.

Tadd / Donna

What was the date of your last software upgrade from Firefly? The option to silence the alarm would be interesting. I just replaced my panel two weeks ago and Matt said that it had the latest / greatest in software, but does not have that option.

The new panel seems to have stopped the need to reboot and it does have the ability to adjust the temperature in one degree increments with +/- buttons on each slider.

Thanks

Thanks all , I have a tech from Vega calling on Monday to walk me through the whole wiring setup, including updates. Hate to say it but Lazy Days tech could not help in my situation.
