How do I update the software and firmware on my 2021 mira vega touch on entegra reatta I can not find how I would connect to the internet

The Reatta and Reatta XL are not connected to the internet so the update process comes from a download file sent to you by Firefly.
You can call Firefly and they can provide you with the needed files

Then you can load them onto a USB thumb drive and reboot the panel.
