Vega Touch and Firefly

Picked up my coach today from storage and the Vegatouch is completely non functional with the AV system. No amount of rebooting or resetting seems to fix it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or has a wiring diagram for the system.

I have the original Vegatouch panel even though I've told the dealer there is an upgrade. They don't seem to be able to get a panel even though other members on here have gotten up to 4. I am less than impressed with the dealer despite many glowing revues from other folks. I've pick up my coach with more things broken than when I left it AND none of the things I've asked to have fix fixed despite having the coach for a month.

Rex. I suggest contacting EC customer service. They should refer you to Firefly who should I would hope send you a new screen. That's how ours went although we still have troubles which we now hope to have fixed at EC in October.

I had a similar issue and after a reset, the screen would come on, but it was totally locked up. For some unknown reason to Leon at Firefly and me, when I removed the screen from the wall and disconnected the three plugs going into the system, the system worked fine after plugging everything back in. Leon sent me a new system that I'll install after this trip, or if this issue occurs again before getting home. Leon said there are a few systems that have this issue, but they can't replicate it to fix the problem. So you may want to try removing the plugs from the back of the vega and plugging them back in. Worth a shot!

We had a few loose wires in the bedroom cabinet. Received this wiring diagram from CS. Maybe it will help you.

I feel sorry for Vega Touch owners that are not on the forum and don't have a clue as to the bugs being worked out. It must be frustrating for them with nothing to refer to over the weekend.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll give those a try. I was also planning a call for CS at Entegra on Tuesday. They've called me a couple of times but I was waiting to see how things went. Time to give them a call.

I feel sorry for any Entegra owners that do not check out this forum. Our Coaches are very complex and so much to learn. So much knowledge is available here and so many people on this forum willing to help and share information.

I've learned more here than from the owners manual.

I saw that first hand this summer while at our PDI. I enjoyed asking people how Entegra was fixing items, I learned a lot. However I was surprised how many simple fixes that have been posted here, owners that have never been on this forum had waited 2 years to get fixed at their PDI's. Some had never heard of rebooting 12v power.

Firefly number is 574-825-4600 I have talked to Nate who has been very helpful. The last upgrade I installed 12-20-2016 and it has worked flawlessly since. Nate has been extremely helpful on another issue on a previous coach over the phone doing diagnostics to find the problem.

Latest update installed 12/20/16 have not had a problem.
Ran an air conditioner today, no problem. Auto Gen start has been enabled for two week. Have not had a communication error since 12/20 when we completed the install and software update.

2017 Anthem DEQ/Ford Edge

New Entegra owner here with a stupid question for you Firefly/Vegatouch experts. When it comes to technology, I know enough to be dangerous We just got a 2016 Entegra Anthem. I do see the Firefly router in the space above the fireplace. Our unit does not come with the Vegatouch tablet on the wall. Should I be able to download the Vegatouch app on our iPhone/iPads and use this capability? If so -- any suggestions on how to do that? Appreciate any help and guidance. Thanks.

Just curious if anyone has a digital copy of the vegatouch owners manual? I have ordered a 2018 Anthem and was going to try and be ahead of the curve if possible!
