Vega touch silence alarm
2017 Cornerstone
how do I silence the Vega touch alarm permanently , not just for 24 hours ?
I have a transfer switch fault I will deal with later, but i need to silence the alarm every 24hrs, I had it done last year cant remember how i did it, i went back to 24 hrs after a 12v reset

I don't know if this will work for a '17, and I'm going on memory from our '19 Anthem we sold last year, but I could hold the alarm notice for the specific item and it would give me alarm options, such as, ignore, delay, and permanently silenced. Again, going from memory on the "how", but I know it was doable on our '19.

Touch the "MESSAGE CENTER" part of the screen (where the red arrow points on the screen image I provided), not the "No problems reported." part. At least on my '18 version of the VegaTouch display, that's how it works. That brings up the second screen display.

Firefly has changed the layout around some between the 18 and the 22.
I have the same options as Stu, just less pictures.
Anything that the system can alert on can be silenced.
Additionally, the entire vegatouch can be silenced via settings and click the display tab.

Hal, I believe that the '17 and '18 VegaTouch systems are quite similar. IIRC, the big change occurred with the '19, and subsequent, model years. '19 was the first year that made connection of the VegaTouch controls to the internet, allowing for remote control.

huh..... benn fat fingering the message center....found the middle menu 
but does not look like i have independent control of each item as seen on bottom screen shot, still only x out option no chime option, i will play with it.
