Glad we are at least firmly on the ground with our issues..!

Seems Boeing is having some problems also. They need to do a power reset just like us every once in a while to fix glitches.

Oh to update a previous post the temporary fix of removing purple cable didn't work. We are still locking up. So now just waiting and hoping for a new release that will fix this.

If you are having an issue with the Vegatough requesting equalization every night! I just learned today that they found a software coding error. This resulted in the request for equalization everyday during the month of December. According to Firefly an update is to be released next week. Hope to find out if this will be software only or require updated hardware. From my prospective Firefly is getting to the root of the problems, yes, it may have been released to soon, but centralize control from one screen for AV, lights, shades, ACS, inverters is probably worth the wait.











Now that is the good news, the concern now is that the Vegatouch is still a single point of failure, not sure what the plans are for 2018, but I am sure hoping they do not forget the early 2017 adopters.

If it's any consolation Brad from Firefly came to our Coach at the Vegas meeting, not Entegra for our 3 promised Coach warranty fixes , and downloaded the new software from his laptop and our problems thus far are Zero! Equalization is now optional and has user discretion and the 1-3 AM beeping is now silenced till 7 am!!! time requested.

Had ours updated also by Brad in Vegas in late October and not sure if it is the same for the Cornerstone but for the Anthem the version is:

Software: 1.1.13
Firmware: 1.1.4

Some new features on the software update that are nice, however, since the update we now occasionally get the "network communication error" that did not occur prior to the update.

Really like the Vega Touch panel, can't imagine being without it. I'm sure the network communication error glitch is soon to be resolved, until it is not a big deal, a reboot has it back up in a minute. Until the reboot major parts of the coach (like heater) still function at the last settings prior to the error.

When you reset Vegatouch after a communication fault, be sure to go check your inverter settings....mine were wrong upon reset this morning.
