Vegatouch issues with heat pump control

VT v1.5.5 on ‘21 Anthem 44F

Problems started when trying to run A/C from generator at rest stop.**Generator started, system showed power from generator, but heat pumps did not start.**After several attempts, shut down, did 12V reset, then everything worked ok.**Transfer switch was suspected but since power was shown as from generator on VT panel and everything worked after 12V reset, transfer switch appeared OK.
Yesterday different symptoms.**Tried to start generator from VT control on driver console.**After several attempts went to manual control over the door.**No response, would not even activate prime by pushing bottom of switch.**After waiting a few minutes, tried again to prime and it worked, then was able to turn on heat pumps and drove for a few hours.
Then a really strange thing.**I shut down the generator about 10 minutes before checking into campground.**After parking, which was at least 20 minutes after generator shutdown, I plugged into power.**But after waiting more than 5 minutes, VT still showed power from inverter.**But the rear heat pump began running.**Then the front heat pump started running and blowing hot air so I know there was power getting through transfer switch.**I could not switch heat pump**from AUTO to COOL.**I tried to turn everything off, then cut the power and did a 12V reset.**After that, everything worked as it should.

Any suggestions on further testing ?

Butte64, I had the same experience with my 21 getting ready to leave for NIRVC and Entegra with no dash air. I was blaming low battery charging for the problem. With your post, now I don't know.
There is a communication wire on the bottom of the transfer switch that looks like a phone cable. That should have 2.5 volts between the two pins. Check that to see if there is communication.
