Vegatouch Nebula with iPad Problem

Has anyone experienced an issue when accessing the Vegatouch remotely with an iPad where it says connecting with IP address and then says “Connected” but freezes on this screen? I have it intermittently with the iPad but not iPhone ?? Click image for larger version

Is your iPad connected to the coaches router?

Yes it is paired and this is when I try to connect remotely. It works intermittently for the past two years. IPhone pairing seems to be stable remotely.

Cool

I also have the same problem periodically. When I get that screen, I just kill the app (doubleclick and slide up) then restart the app. It normally works fine on the restart.

I only have the app on the iPad, so I have no experience with the iPhone side.

Same issue

Yup, I've had the same problem. My iPhone works great, even remotely, but my iPad doesn't. Each time I try to connect t with the iPad I have to rescan the QR code. Would like to have a fix for this as iPad is really nice to use since it looks just like the VT.

Easy fix is an inexpensive Android tablet. In two years I have never had a problem with the Nebula app. When I had my Vega Tough crash and Firefly had to access it remotely they said it had to be a windows computer. They told me the VT did not play well on an Apple computer. It could be the same way for the Nebula app?

I guess that may be a possibility but it seems to work for a while after I pair it, and the coach sees it as being paired, so I end up having to delete it and re-pair it. But the iPhone stays paired and connects with no problems. So it doesn’t seem to be an iOS issue. I think their “doesn’t play well” comment probably refers to their remote programming/ability to access the coach. I always have my phone with me so it is not a big problem, just one of those little annoying things. To add an Android to the mix may make my head explode.....plus I have run out of pockets to hold them all. Best of luck with the new coach Chuck....I enjoy your commentary!

I’ve got the same issue with my oldest iPad. I don’t know why but my newer iPhones and iPad have no issues but favorite and most used iPad(older model) gives me the same screen as you have shown here. Can’t tell you why.

This is actually on a newer iPad Pro. I guess these mysteries are what make this lifestyle mind challenging! But, fun nonetheless!
