We recently picked up our new-to-us 2016 Entegra Cornerstone and are drinking by the fire hose in learning everything this coach has to offer. However, the IPad with the Vegatouch is registered to the previous owner. I cannot get the IPad to recognize a new AppleID and there are updates that will not download including the Creston app. The IPad is worthless at this point - Apple is non responsive.
Any ideas how to fix this? Who do I need to contact? Or will a complete IPad reset fix the issue? Help.....
