Climate Changing
Good Morning,
At Firefly we really do care about your experience using our products, we are always striving to make them better and your feed back is important in that.
If you are having climate issues, many times an HVAC reset on the system page will correct issues like this.
The system page is located in the settings area.

The response from Firefly (thanks Firefly!) suggested a HVAC reset... however, I didnt think that I had ever seen that screen under the Settings menu and so I looked.... what I found was not an HVAC reset, but a System reset button which appears to just reboot the VegaTouch software without turning off the salesman switch.

Good News! Just got back into town, took Firefly’s advise and the screenshot that Harleydeal provided and Voila! Reset and works normally!
Thanks for the help and advise! The IRV2 forum strikes again!!

Just an FYI.... my Vegatouch software has never updated to 1.2.7 and continues to be 1.2.6. We have been living and traveling in the coach now for about 10 days but dont think the software ever tried to update to 1.2.7.

Well, I'll be darned..... My 2019 Cornerstone is ghost switching itself also.
I am in the upper peninsula of Michigan and it is in the low 50s at night and on some warm days, in the low 80s or very high 70s in the daytime. So, I am switching from A/C to heat daily and since I am paying for 50A service (at a premium), I am trying to use my heat pumps.
Well, about half the time, my coach starts out at night before bedtime on all three heat pumps, and by sometime in the middle of the night, I then hear my AquaHot radiators runnins and the floor AquaHot system running with no heat pumps.... Now, I dont think there is any chance that the outside temp got down to ~ 43 degrees (because I know if it really gets too cold outside for the heat pumps, the system will force the coach to go to AquaHot heating), but none-the-less, the AquaHot system is on, and the heat pumps are off. Maybe I'm wrong about the 43 degree forced change.... strange.
Just checked weather.com and there is no way that it got much less than high 50s here last night. .... Hmmmmm.... Oh, and software is still at 1.2.6 and says no further update available.
