Per Firefly, this is what 1.5.9 has in it.


• Commit message: General Maintenance and Feature Updates || --year=2020,2021,2022,2023
• Updated the Date and Time to not flash
• Added code to ignore ebff & ecff messages that are all 0xFF (For customer who had the one device spamming the VT screen)
• Updated Go Power Inverter values to the standard

They also said there is a 1.6.0 update coming.

Per Jeremy at Firefly, he emailed me asking if the 1.5.9 took care of the battery charging issues. I emailed him back that after Hurricane Ian I cannot download it as my hotspot does not have any data speed. From what has been said, it was due to correct the charging voltage and absorb time settings.

The Firefly Vera Mira App that I have for our coach, was just released.

The touch panel GUI and Logic Controller are both v 2.6

Van, can you change the absorb time to at least 3 hours and does it hold? Strange they can still not get the proper charging time on the new update. The OEM Relion Specs are 3 hours and my FullRivers are 4 hours. I wonder why they still have 2.5 hours as the default?

It seems when Entegra went to 1 inverter/charger from 2 the only thing that has changed is the charge rate went from 80% to 100%. On a 120 amp charger this equates to going from 96 AH to 120 AH BUT with only one charger providing a charge if the absorb time is left the same at 2.5 hours you are only getting 62.5% of what a 2 inverter/charger coach was getting for a charge.

Somewhere the ball was dropped on this one.

Don, You are the expert on batteries and charging. What I knew before I learned all of it from you and now I am being forced into learning more than I wanted to know by having 4 new batteries that will not make it 4 hours with normal items on.
I was at Entegra and Firefly's front door with this problem on Aug 22nd. Why it is taking so long to get 3 charging parameters working together to charge the batteries correctly does not making any sense.
It was posted on the Entegra Group FB page yesterday that another 22 CS was in having his batteries replaced.

Looks like with this change, owners can now install lithium batteries and create a custom charging profile.
Let me know if it woks correctly. I know many people are eagerly awaking this capability.

From what I have seen it will take a lot more than a custom charge profile for Vegatouch to effectively and properly charge lithium batteries. At a minimum does it have the capability of a CC/CV charge or final charge of silent? Can the charge amps be varied? Can the absorb time be eliminated?

Does 1.5.9 Fix the issues with the Slides (Left and Right Front Slides were Reversed), Awnings will not work from the Vega Panel?

I downgraded to 1.4.7 and so far all is working as it should.

1.5.8 had my slides correct, 2022 Cornerstone 44B
