They had already diagnosed this problem on another coach which was also here and had the identical issue. The "module" is assembled by FireFly, which is just across the street from Entegra, and is located in the wet bay. He indicated it could be found by tracing the wiring from the tank sensor system touch screen to the "module" itself. I have not done this and cannot verify the accuracy of the information. I do know it appears to have remedied my problem, which was inaccurate reporting of the gray tank effluent level. My fresh and black tank levels have always functioned, it was only the gray tank levels which were problematic. I had been working with FireFly since Feb. when this began, so they are also very much aware of what is transpiring with some of these systems.
Hope this helps.

The dealer just had to replace that firefly module between the tank level device and the firefly. That module was provided by firefly.
I had all 3 tank levels fail eventually but it started with just black and grey. Then they figured out that the grey level tank sensor had failed, replaced that. Then after the coach sat a couple days they fired it back up and the black tank "sensor" had failed, they replaced that and tell me all 3 level sensors are working and read the same outside as they do on the vega touch.
I was correct in my assertion that the vega touch / firefly is downloading firmware, it does to that interface module.
I have very little faith in this system concerning reliability and durability.
