vent fans not working properly after software update

has anyone experienced issues with the vent fans communicating with vega touch after update. Fortunately we are at NIRV in phoenix when they did update so have help but know sometimes you guys know the tricks!!! thanks. we have a 21 Anthem 44r

As Chuck will tell you. Do a reboot, shut off master switch, if it doesn't fix it the first time, try again

The bugs after a vegatouch upgrade are out of control.

It is no longer a question of if something does not work after an upgrade but what does not work after an upgrade. Depending on your coach model, year, floor plan, etc….

If 12V reboot does not work. Try searching on this forum. I seem to remember something about the fans getting jacked up after an upgrade.

I love all the tech stuff but problems like yours can make us want manual switches on fans again.

If you have 1.5.14 update the fans should work. Before that they wouldn’t work from the switch panel if you had the new maxxaire “black” control boards installed in the fans.

thanks to the hard work of NIRV phoenix they got the fans working. It was something to do with switches. So glad we were here!! Thanks Andre, Steve and Kohl and whoever else help figure this out!!! You guys rock!

we thought it could be software related but this time it was a dip switch that was flipped when they were reinstalling the vents. But thanks to this forum when the ac screen was messed up I knew to reset to factory settings.
