Warranty at Factory
When you get warranty work at the Factory in Middelbury, do they put you up in a hotel? or do we need to make our own plans?

You can stay in your coach at night. They will take it in around 6:30 am and bring it back out by 3:00pm. They have 50 amp service to hook up to and a dump station a couple of blocks up the street with fresh water. Go in with full water and empty holding tanks and you will be fine.

I'm betting that depends on if the MH can be lived in. If they were just doing a few repairs inside that could be completed during the day then you'd get it back at night. Doing more work that couldn't be finished in one day and they would put you up in a motel or a B&B.
That's what Newmar did with ours in '04.

We have had 3 new Entegras and they have always got ours out at night for us. The big exception would be if you have a major paint issue, otherwise they try to get them back even with multiple day jobs. We have even had the pilot and copilot seats removed and sent to the vendor to be re stuffed and they drove it out with a folding chair behind the wheel! All just our experience.

Our Aspire needed tile work when we took it to the factory. They put us up for two nights at a pet friendly spot in Elkhart. The rest of the visit we lived in it each night.

Just finished two weeks, one at Entegra and one at Spartan in there parking lots. Grueling is all I can say. 5:00 Am wake ups to have the coach ready at 6:30 or 7:00. Retirement shouldn't be this way. We are now at Turkeyville Campground in Michigan catching up on our sleep.

Was ther last week for 5 days. Decided to stay at Hampton Inn. About half mile from service center. Good part is that I didn't have to get up at crack of dawn. Bad part.... You are at the mercy of your service advisor for daily updates. They are pretty good about updates, but I would rather have had the opportunity to do face to face updates rather that a daily call. You need to decide what's best for you

You are always welcome to go to the service center at any time before about 3:30 and talk to your team leader, he will bring you up to date on what is happening with your coach. They have one of the row of desks jay inside the shop and ask any of them for your service advisor, they will get him for you.
